Owner Occupied Rehab Program

Seymour is applying for federal funds to provide grants to qualified homeowners for home improvement and rehabilitation projects. These grants are geared toward elderly, disabled, female head of household and low-income residents. To have a successful application, the city must show a need for such a program. That's where you come in.
