This is the Agenda for the B.Z.A. meeting that will be held at Seymour City Hall Council Chambers and ZOOM/GOTOMEETING (see attached) at 7:00 p.m.

B.Z.A. 0-24-23 Robert A Lewis Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 2177 Willow Dr E.  He is wanting to build a 24’ x 24’ garage.   He will be in the rear setback. He is on a corner lot, and he is restricted to where he can put the structure.

B.Z.A. 0-25-23 Jaime Ruvira Carrillo Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 1079 Sunset Ln. She is wanting to extend her porch out 10 ft. and will be in the 25’ front setback.

B.Z.A. 0-27-23 Tammy Trueblood Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 1629 Bell Ford Dr E. She wants to put a 16’x24’ shed up.  She will be 5 feet off the back of the property instead of the required 20 ft rear setback.

B.Z.A. 0-28-23 Byron Andres Ochoa Y Petitioner: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 423 W 7^th St.  He wants to put a 20’ x 20’ carport.  He will be 5 ft off the rear of the property instead of the required 20 ft rear setback. ( was not on docket for September, legal notice was not published in time.)

B.Z.A. 0-29-23 Jayra Jaynes Petitioners: Petitioner is requesting a Variance at 310 W 8^th St.  It is zoned I-1. He is building a 30’ x 48’ pole barn. He will be 12 ft off the side setback instead of 30 ft and vary from the required 75 ft front setback to be 50ft.
